sign in using your user ID and Password

Click "Procurement"

Click "Chilling Center 1"

Click "OK"

Click "Settings"

Click "VLCC Service Charge Mapping"

Click "Add New"

select the plant name of the vendor

Select the vendor for who you want to map the service charge

select the type of the vendor

select the center name

Click the can number of the particular vendor

if you want to select one vendor click the small one arrow,

select the start date and the end date of the VLCC service charge for the vendor
15
enter the notes if necessary
16
give the rate per litre for the vendor
17
give the service charge incentive rate for "litre" for vendor
18
If you want to give penalty for the the vendor enter the penalty per "litre"
19
After filling all the required fields , Click "Add"
20
If your details of service charge mapped successfully to the vendor you will get "new record inserted successfully" message

you can view the service charge mapped details on settings -> VLCC Service Charge Mapping

You can edit the added details using "edit"
