The Pricing Calendar in the eCoachManager (eCM) system is a tool designed to manage and adjust pricing depending on different dates or seasons. It allows for a tailored pricing approach, taking into account various factors like holidays, peak travel seasons, weekends, or special events. With the Pricing Calendar, you can: 1.) Adjust prices for specific dates. You may want to increase prices during peak travel times or decrease for low season.\ 2.) Set special prices for holidays or special events when you expect an increase in demand. In a nutshell, the Pricing Calendar provides a dynamic pricing model, allowing for maximized revenue and competitiveness within the travel market.

Click "Tools"

Click "Config"

Click "Vehicle Options".

Click "Pricing Calendar".

Select your profile

Click "Add New Pricing Calendar"

Input your entry name (Ex. Christmas).

Please select the drop-down menu to specify the priority level for this rule, which will take precedence at the designated date and time set.

Click here to activate exclusivity and prioritize this rule over any previous rulings. (Optional)

Click to assigned to an account customer

Click the "Start Date" field and input start date.

Click the "End Date" field to set end date of the ruling.

Click the "Start Time" field to set time (Optional)

Click the "End Time" field to set end time (Optional)

Please choose the vehicle to which you wish to apply this ruling.

Select the location to which you wish to apply this ruling.

You also have the option to specify the distance from the selected point to which this rule will be applied.

Specify an uplift rate in percentage for the ruling.

Click "Apply" to save

Click "Okay" to confirm
