Navigate to PowerTeacher Pro

Click "Grading"

Click "Comment Verification"

Click on the dropdown menu and select the term you are verifying the grade for.

Click "Final Grade Status"

Click here.

Click the "Comment" field.

Note: This comment can only be seen by admin and yourself

Click "Save"
