If this course is currently on the Training Calendar with  an event that has "Open Registration", wait until the event is over and attendance is completed before you version the course to avoid issues with current/prior registrations.

Type in the name of the course you want to version in the "Search Text" field.

Click "Submit Course Publish Approval Request"

Make note of the Course Number and Core Knowledge and Competencies you have listed (these will disappear after you version it) .  Then click "Manage".

You may input notes about this version's changes here if you wish.

Versioning a course allows you to make a permanent change to an already existing/approved course moving forward. This is useful if there is a mistake within the course that needs corrected or if content changes.
