Go to your Video inside Canvas studio. Click to Subscribe to Comments.

Then, click on your Canvas "Dashboard"

Click into the respective course.

Find your video wherever it is located inside the course. Open the video.

Click on "Comments" then the snowman (three dots).

Click "On" to subscribe to comments. This must be done inside each course, and after each course copy/import.
