If your site uses the Helpdesk for both soft and hard services, click "Hard FM"

Change the site using the drop-down box, if required
View via Search

To use the Search function, first find the job or task number in the **Job #** or **Task #** column.\

Copy it, or write it down

Click "Seach"

Enter the job or task number

Click "Go"

You will see a summary of all activity related to the task or job. This includes information about any delays, cancellations, or rejections. You can view who took the action, any comments they provided, and the timestamp of when it occurred
View via Edit Task

To view via edit task, click "edit" in the **Task #** column

Scroll to the bottom of the screen. You will see the task log
View the Job or Task Log for a Completed or Cancelled Task

To view the job log for a completed or cancelled task, change the "Incl. Completed/Cancelled" toggle to "YES"

Click "Go"

Completed and cancelled jobs will appear in the task list
