      Close Down Rectifications

Each rectification has a due date, determined by the location's functional risk. The due date column is colour-coded: - White indicates an open rectification within the timeframe - Red indicates a rectification that has exceeded the due date - Green indicates a closed rectification When you mark a rectification as complete, the completed date column updates with a colour: - Green indicates closure before the due date - Red indicates closure after the due date The row for completed rectifications will appear in yellow.
Use the checkboxes to select the required rectifications, or click the box in the table header to select all
      Click "Mark Selected as Completed"
The selected rectifications will be closed down
