View your Fieldwork Surveys

To log in, locate and click on the 'Dashboard' link in your course.

Click *Load* to open Anthology Portfolio in a new tab

Find your placements on the lower left-hand side under My Placements.

Scroll down to 'Surveys' and click on the survey you wish to view or download.

Click "Edit" or "View"
The following direction can vary depending on your device and browser of choice.
Mac - Save as PDF

Right Click and Select "Print Frame…"

Click the PDF menu button or Save as PDF

Click "Save as PDF…"
PC - Save as PDF

Right Click and Select "Print"

Select Save as PDF
