      Prerequisites: - Login credentials for [KorTerra.net](http://KorTerra.net) and permissions to view tickets. - Visual Evidence license (ability to add attachments to tickets). To obtain the Visual Evidence license, contact [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]). - Photos must have EXIF data with latitude and longitude coordinates. When using KorTerra Field to take photos, ensure KorTerra Field has adequate permissions.       Log in to [www.korterra.net](https://kw-develop.kordev.net/Ticket/Detail/AR543500105)

      Open a ticket.

      Click the **Camera** icon to activate photo plotting. The map zoom level resets to show the location of all photos that: - Are directly associated with the ticket. - Have a latitude/longitude point.

      A banner displays the number of photos plotted. Attachments will not be plotted if: - They do not have a latitude/longitude point. - Are not photos (for example, PDFs).

      To view a thumbnail of a photo, click on its green **Location** pin.

      When multiple photos are plotted on the same latitude/longitude point, the pop-up displays a thumbnail of each photo. Use the **Scroll Bar** to review all photos.

      To download a photo, click the **Download** icon.

      To view a full-sized photo, click its **Thumbnail**.

      If multiple photos are plotted on the same latitude/longitude point, use the left (<) and right (>) to navigate between photos.

      Click the **Close (x)** icon to exit the pop-up.

      Click the **Camera** icon to deactivate photo plotting.
