Viewing Transcripts from the Dashboard

From your dashboard you can select transcripts 2 ways. 1. From a flows card and selecting a specific node (which is shown below) and the 2nd from a Data Explorer card (later in the slides)

Once you select the node, you'll have the ability to drill into transcripts for that part of the conversation.

The Transcript Modal will pop up once you select the node. To click into a transcript, select any of the rows below. To exit the modal, just select the "X" in the top right hand corner

To click into Transcripts on a Data Explorer card, select the ellipses to the right hand side of the card. Each ellipses corresponds with the data within the same row.

To see transcript for the data in that row, select "See Transcripts"

For a Data Explorer card, the transcript modal will enter your screen from the right hand side. Here you can select any of the transcripts that correspond with the data you selected. To open up a transcript further, select one of the transcripts.

From here, a small preview of the transcript will open up to give you more context on the data you've selected in the table. To see the full transcript, you'll need to select the ellipses

Click "Full Transcript"

Then the entire transcript will appear, giving you the ability to scroll up and down to read through the conversation.
