    Viewing Your Compensation Through the Worker Profile

    Navigating to the Worker Profile

    Navigate to [https://myapps.microsoft.com](https://myapps.microsoft.com/) and click the Workday app to login.

    Once in Workday, click your profile picture in the top right corner of the window.

    Click "**View Profile**" at the top of the Profile menu.

    How to View Your Current Compensation

    Once in your Workday profile, click **Compensation** on the blue ribbon menu to open the Compensation tab in Workday.

    On the **Compensation** tab, you can view: 1. Total Base Pay (i.e. your current salary) 2. Currency 3. Frequency 4. Compensation Grade 5. Compensation Grade Profile 6. Company 7. Plan Type (i.e., salary vs hourly)

    **Total Salary & Allowances** will include base pay plus any additional approved allowances (i.e., shift differential). **Total Base Pay** includes all salary and allowance plans defined as base pay for the position's compensation grade or grade profile.

    How to View Your Pay Change History

    Click the **Pay Change History** tab to view pay change information including: 1. Effective Date 2. Compensation Action 3. Reason 4. Total Base Pay (i.e., your salary at each pay change) 5. Currency 6. Frequency

    Cost of living adjustments, merit increases, and similar compensation changes go into effect **July 1st for 12-month employees** and the middle of **August for 9-month employees**. These changes will not be visible on the **Compensation** or **Pay Change History** tabs until the effective date.

    How to View Your Total Rewards

    Click the **Total Rewards** tab to view a summary of your direct and indirect compensation from the university including: - Regular Salary - Allowances (i.e., shift differential) - Additional Pay (i.e., career service bonus) - Benefits (i.e., institution insurance contributions) - Retirement (i.e., institution retirement contributions)

    Regular Salary is based on your active position(s) and do not reflect positions formerly held. You can find that information on the **Pay Change History** tab.
