Viewing a Student's Fees Invoices and Payment History

    You simply need to access the profile preview modal/popup or profile details page of the student to be able to access the student's list of invoices.\ \ You can access the profile preview modal or profile details page through so many places or routes such as: *loading the student's class list*, *searching the student*, *loading the student's family wards list*, and so many more places.\ \ Basically, on whichever page you find a student's name on the portal, there is the likelihood that the name of that student is clickable; and if clicked, you'll most definitely be loading the student's profile preview popup/modal.\ \ In this example, we'll be using the Student Search route to find the student's name and click on it to access the profile preview modal/popup.

    Sign in to your school portal as an admin or accountant

    Click the "People" menu-group

    Click the "Students" menu

    Click the "Search student" field, and type in either the full name or just a part of the student's name, like the first name only.\ (Using only one part of the student's name may lead to better search result)

    Click the search button or press enter to start the search

    Once you find the student in the search results page, click on the name of the student to access the profile preview modal/popup

    Scroll down and click the "Fees / Payment History" button on the profile preview modal to access the students Fees Invoices List.\ \ Alternatively, you can click scroll down and click the "Go to Profile Page" button to navigate to the student's profile page. Then on the profile page, you can click to view the "Fees" tab.

    At the top of the Invoice List, you can filter the list of invoices by academic session of the fees

    You can also filter the invoices by the academic terms
