Visualising Tall Bob data in Klaviyo

This tutorial assumes that you've already set up your connections between Tall Bob and Klaviyo; and that you've sent an SMS or MMS. Without these already setup, there's just not going to be any reporting to see.

Navigate to <https://www.klaviyo.com/analytics/dashboards>

Click "Create Dashboard"

Now, type the name of your dashboard in the text field. You'll see we've used "Tall Bob Dashboard"\ Now, click "Create Dashboard"

Now's the time to add data.\ Click "Add Data View".

Click "Create from scratch".

We start with choosing metrics. Click the dropdown at 'Select a metric'.

And select "tb_message_delivered".

Now, we'll choose the grouping. Click on the "Group by" dropdown and chose "campaignName".

Next, chose your visualisation. We recommend a line graph.\ Click Line graph.

And finally, click "Add Card" to see your report.\ You're all done.
