Navigate to [app.unv.org](//app.unv.org) and Log in with your credentials.

Once logged in, go to the **Assignments** tab and click the Assignment to open it

On the assignments page, Click "**Request payment**" related action

**Choose the Payment Request Type**
*A dropdown menu will appear; select the type of payment that applies to your request*

**Complete the Payment Request Form**
- Fill in all required fields in the form:
- **Amount**: Enter the claimed amount.
- **Currency**: Specify the currency in which the payment should be made.
- **Description**: Include relevant details to clarify the purpose of the payment.

**Upload Supporting Documents**
- ***Choose*** *the document then click **upload** to attach necessary files, such as receipts or invoices, which serve as evidence for the payment request.*
Payment requests will not be processed without a supporting document

Once all details are complete and documents are uploaded, click **Request Payment** and **Complete** to submit your request for processing.
