Log in to Hosted Solutions<https://hosted.hamiltonservices.com/>. Navigate to Products > Wash Clubs[https://hosted.hamiltonservices.com/products#WashClubs](https://hosted.hamiltonservices.com/products#Wash)

At the top, you can quickly see how many active clubs you have. If you're doing anything with hidden wash clubs, they'll be listed as 'Inactive'.

Tip! More information about Hidden (or Secret) Wash Clubs can be found in Document #[101-0320](https://scribehow.com/shared/How_to_Create_a_Hidden_Wash_Club_and_Enroll_a_Customer_in_the_Club__92ZlWst8QS2j0Rd8rIw0DQ)

To view ALL wash clubs (active and inactive), 'Clear' the 'Active' filter by clicking here.

You can quickly search and filter the different columns.

To create a new wash club: tap 'Add Wash Club'

'Active' will make the club available for anyone to sign up for. Leaving it as 'Inactive' will essentially create a hidden club.

Tip! More information about Kiosk Items can be found in Document #[101-0359](https://scribehow.com/shared/Kiosk_Item_Products_in_Hosted_Solutions__16I3YWM8QLqxK8shlFBfkQ).

Choose which kiosk item you're making this club for.

Type the Wash Club's name. This is what will show up on your Mobile App.

Type the Wash Club's name. This is what will show up on your Mobile App. I like to toggle 'Use Product Details'. If you took the time to enter the details in the Kiosk Product, this should populate nicely. This is a good section to clarify how many uses/how often a customer can use the club as well.

'Sign-up Price' refers to the first month's cost for the club. Some wash owners discount the first month for new customers.

'Monthly Price' refers to how much the customer will be charged each month after the first. In this example, you'll see I'm giving new customers half off the first month. (Sign-up Price is only $10, monthly is $20).

'Additional Car Price' refers to family plans. It is the cost for additional cars on the plan each month. In this scenario, I'm discounting the additional cars on the plan.

'Set Max Uses' allows you to set how many times a club can be redeemed. I did NOT toggle it, so it will revert to the max uses that I set under Wash Club Management <https://hosted.hamiltonservices.com/washClub> .

If you're using time as part of your clubs (self-serve bays, vacuums, pet washes, etc.) you can choose which models are included.

Please note! To include time as part of your club requires that you have a Hamilton DTT installed at your timer. 'Wash Club Time Enabled' needs to be set under the 'Wash Club Settings' in order to allow for App Scan time. To do this, navigate to 'Wash Club Management' <https://hosted.hamiltonservices.com/washClub> Make sure 'Wash Club Time Enabled' is toggled on. The exact amount of time you are giving wash club members is set at the bottom under 'Wash Club Time (min)'.

Choose an image to show in your mobile app for the Wash Club.

Selecting a color will overlay the image with that color.

'Allow Upgrades' lets you change how this specific user is prompted for upgrades at the kiosk.

'Auto Select' refers to whether the upgrades are able to be selected or not. You'll see this option if you've selected 'Yes' for 'Allow Upgrades' If 'Yes' is selected for 'Auto Select', the Wash Club customer is not able to add upgrades. Even if you selected 'Allow Upgrades' on the question before. If you've selected 'Allow Upgrades', you should always put 'Auto Select' as 'No'.

'SKU' is an optional field. It's a unique identifier that some washes use. For example, it could be "10", "33", or "UltWash". In this example, I've left it blank.

If you want this club to work at all of your locations, toggle 'Works at all Locations'. Sometimes car wash owners want some clubs to work at one but not another.

If you want the club to work at all terminals, toggle 'Works at all Terminals'. Terminals refer to pay stations/kiosks (or lanes). Sometimes, car wash owners want wash club customers to use a specific lane.

When you're done setting up the club, tap 'Add'.

Wash Club items can easily be edited by hovering over the row and tapping the 'Edit' button when it appears. It's harder to delete an item. After it has been purchased, it cannot be deleted.

Make any needed edits.

Click 'Update'.
