This step shows you how to access your My Account Section.

You can find your **My Account** section by clicking on the HI Icon in the top right corner.\
It will have quick links to take you to certain section of your My Account or your can click your name to go to the My Account Page with all of the accounting information displayed.

This step show you where to click in order to switch to different Coburn's locations.

Once you are signed into the website, you will see what location you are signed in as. You can change this location at any by clicking the location name.\

This location you select will be the one used if you place a web order or for product inventory levels.\
\
If you allow your browser to know your location, then you will see Coburn's locations closest to you.  You also have the option of clicking the View Locations Map for all location information.

This step shows you how to switch between your Coburn's Account #s.  You must have a Connected Coburn's Web Account to see this information.  We have a separate help section on how to connect to your Coburn's Account #.

For customer's with connected web accounts, you can see which Coburn's Account # you are logged into.\
If you have more than one Coburn's Account # then you have the option of switching between your Account #s by clicking the dropdown arrow.\

This can be useful to help you place web orders or looking at your accounting information under different account #s.

Now you will see how to switch to different accounts when you are on any of your accounting pages such as the invoice summary page.

On any of the accounting pages, you also have the option of switching to different accounts through the drop-down box. This will update the accounting information displayed on the screen.

Next, you will see how to access to Switch Account page which lists all of your Coburn's Account #s

Click the HI Icon.\
Then click Switch Account.

On the Switch Account Page, you can:

- See the account you are currently viewing.\
  It is listed above the list and also bold in the list
- See your other Account #s .
- Resort the list by clicking the column headers.
- Click an account name to switch to that account.
- If you have accounts you do not want see listed on you other accounting pages, the shopping cart or on the check out, you can click the HIDE ONLINE check box.

Here is how to switch to a different account # or location when placing a web order.

On the Check out page under SHIPPING, this is where you will see the Coburn's account # that you are placing your order under.  You can click the box to change it.

Under the Shipping Method, you can see what Coburn's location you are selecting if you choose pickup or delivery.\
If you need to change the location that is selected, you can do so from the very top of the website in the Location dropdown.
