    Alert! Follow the steps below if you are new to contracting with Wellcare. If you have already completed contracting, and need to certify with Wellcare, skip to Step 13

    Navigate to your email inbox for your invitation from: [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) with the subject, "Onboarding Invitation".

    Click "[https://desktop.pingone.com/cnc-workbench-brk](https://desktop.pingone.com/cnc-workbench-brk)" to access "Centene Workbench"

    Click "Sign On" using username and password included in the "Onboarding Invitation" email.

    You will receive a unique passcode in your email indicated. Click the "Passcode" field and enter.

    Click "CONTINUE"

    Review and sign electronically.

    Select your State Licenses and click "Continue" Click "CONTINUE"

    Click "SUBMIT"! You should receive an email within 24 hours with instructions to complete the certification requirements.

First Time Visitors: Click on the Create a New Account link under the First Time Visitor? section and complete registration.

    You will see multiple sections to complete. You can use your AHIP towards complete the AHIP section. Ensure all boxes are checked and you complete the Mastery Exam.     Within a few days of completing certifications, you should be notified by Wellcare of your Ready-to-Sell Status.
