What is a dependency?

Click "Details" next to the task you want to create the dependency for.

Click "Add dependencies"

Select the task you would like to use as a block to the current task.

Click "Close details"

Select the task you have now used as a block.

When you open the details pane, you will see that this task is now blocking the first task we looked at.
