Login to your Employer Portal. On your home page you will see quick links to: - Update your workers - View any claims that require your action - View Returns that require your action - Any outstanding balances that you are required to pay (or credits owed to you) - View your inbox or any communications we have sent to you - Update your business details - Update industrial instruments that apply to your company

You can view: - The dollar value of contributions made for the last 6 quarters - The total number of workers reported by you for the last 6 quarters

Under the "Workers" dropdown menu you can: - Manage your workers (add, edit, cease)

Under the "Claims" dropdown menu you can: - View pending claims awaiting your action - Submit an employer recovery claim - View the history of claims you have approved / rejected

Under the "Returns" dropdown menu you can: - View your historical returns including those that require your action - Create a return adjustment - Generate a returns summary report - View any assessments that have been made by MyLeave that require your action - View historical assessments

Under the "Finance" dropdown menu you can: - View your invoices for returns and adjustments - View your transaction history

Under the "Business Details" dropdown menu you can: - Update your business details and your contact details as a delegated user - Manage your users (access rights permitting) - Deregister your company (access rights permitting) - Change your password for your user account - Update your list of industrial instruments that apply to your workers

Under the "Communication" dropdown menu you can: - View your inbox for any MyLeave communications that have been sent to you - View any documents that have been generated for your account, uploaded by you, or uploaded by us - Update your communication preferences

Under the "Help" dropdown menu you can: - Submit a query. Certain self-help and MyLeave assisted queries can be dealt with here - View any queries you have lodged in the past and check their status - View a list of self-help user guides - A link to contact information for MyLeave

Clicking on your name up the top right-hand side of the screen will allow you to: - Access the change password function - Sign out from the portal

If you have user rights to multiple companies, clicking on the company name up the top right-hand side of the screen will allow you to: - Switch between the companies you are associated with
