What is the HOME module?
BizTRAQ comes with some default Modules and one of the is Home, which is just a dashboard.

Click on "Home" on the left menu

You will see a dashboard from which you can create an "Announcement", See a "Calendar view of tickets", "Ticket Status" and "My Tickets"
