Here you will have to input your office's Fortis credentials.  Fortis will send you information containing all of the necessary credentials.

Click the "Fortis Location Id" field and input the specific credential.

The "Payment Sync Start Date" is used to specify the date from which payments made in Fortis will begin syncing to ChiroHD. \

This setting is particularly useful for offices that have migrated from another system and were previously using Fortis. By setting this date, you can ensure that only payments made from this date forward will be funneled into ChiroHD, while payments made before this date will continue to sync to your previous system, maintaining a clear separation of financial records.

To set up individual user credentials, Click "+"

Click the "Enter search term" field, and search for the user's name.  You would typically start with the main doc or admin.

Fortis would have provided the "Fortis User ID" credential, insert that here.

Fortis would have provided the "Fortis API Key" credential, insert that here.

Fortis would have provided the "Fortis API Hash Key" credential, insert that here.

Make sure to set the main Provider or Admin as default.  \
