Once a form has been created, the form will send the submissions to the first section in the project. Our submission is titled "example".

To see the answers submitted on the form, click the details arrow for the task.

If you scroll down to description, you will see all of the form responses.
To Edit a Form That Was Already Created

Once in the project where the form was created, select the "customize" button in the upper right hand corner.

Click "form"

Click on the form you would like to edit. It will then open the form and the editing options.
How to Get a Link to an Asana Form

Once in the form, select "copy form link" in the upper right hand corner. It has then been copied and can be pasted into email, teams message, or hyperlinked for use.
Set Up a Rule to Put Form Submissions in a Specific Section

In the "customize" bar, select "rules".

Click "Add rule"

Select "task added to this project --> move task to a certain section".

Click "Task is added to this project" to select where the tasks will be pulled from.

Under "choose a source", select the drop down menu.

Click "Form submissions"

Select the form you would like the rule to run on.

Click the name of your form.

Once you choose a form, click "move task to a certain section".
