    Do you have an account?

    Have you received an email from [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) to create your account? If not, contact your leadership team to get access to the platform. If yes, make sure you're using the correct email and password.

    Are you using the correct URL?

    If you have already made your account, make sure you are using the correct URL to log in. It will look like [nest.krow.ai/login](http://nest.krow.ai/login) DO NOT use the link in your account activation email to log in to the platform. It will not work.

    Did you forget your password?

    Please note - we do not store your password. We cannot provide or reset your password for you. Please follow the steps below to reset your password.

    If you have forgotten your password then navigate to [nest.krow.ai/forgot](http://nest.krow.ai/forgot) and enter your email address. You will be sent an email to reset your password. You can also navigate to [nest.krow.ai/login](http://nest.krow.ai/login) and click Forgot Password (see image below). The next screen will ask for your email address. Enter your email address and you will receive an email to reset your password.

    Enter your email on the following page and click 'Submit'.

    Check your email for the password reset email and follow the prompts to set your new password.

    Are you using the correct browser?

    Are you able to see the login screen? If you only see a white/blank screen, try using a different browser. We recommend the most recent version of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari for Mac. If on Windows, we recommend Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.
