The platform is designed to be a fast (30 seconds or less) application. To keep this process quick, candidates do not create an account. This means that the system does not limit applications based on personal information.

We also want to give candidates the ability to show their interest in more than one of your positions. Once they are interviewed by the recruiter, then they can be sent an invitation to the company hiring platform for the most appropriate role. Please note - this invitation will not be sent from the platform but will need to be sent by the recruiter.
