    Why isn't my calendar loading?

    Is there a spinning icon on your calendar?

    This means that your calendar is still loading. This can take longer the first time you access your calendar for the day. It should load within a few minutes. If the spinning wheel does not stop then you may need to check your internet connection. Please note, we cannot diagnose issues with your internet or your computer's hardware. Please work with your organization's IT Team to solve these issues.

    Does your organization use the platform for interviews?

    If your organization uses the platform for interviews then you should see availabilities like in the picture below. If your organization does not use the platform for interviews then your calendar will be blank.

    Do you create your own hiring events?

    This section is only applicable if you make your own hiring events.

    Your hiring events will be viewable on the Directed calendar. By default, the platform shows the Undirected calendar. On your calendar, click the blue arrow beside Undirected and choose Directed. Navigate to the day of your event.

    Does someone else make your hiring events for you?

    Have they made the event yet? You may need to wait until the event is created. Are you looking at the correct day? Use the navigation arrows at the top of the calendar to move to the correct day. If the event is created and you are looking at the correct day, make sure you're looking at the correct calendar type. It might be on the Undirected or Directed calendar. See the section above for details on changing the calendar view.
