    1. Login to Microsoft 365 Account.

    Open a web browser and navigate to [www.OFFICE.com](http://OFFICE.com) and click "**Sign in**."
    Type in your Microsoft 365 ID [[[email protected]]] and click **"Next."**
    Enter your password (same as Workday), and Click **"Sign in."**\ **Note**: If your password doesn’t work, please head to [password.latech.edu](https://password.latech.edu) and create a new more complex 8-digit alphanumeric password.
    Approve **"Duo Push"** and click **"Yes, this is my device."**
    Confirm your selection by clicking [["No or Yes"]] (Selecting 'No' is recommended on shared computers).
    On Microsoft 365 welcome page, click on **"Outlook"** app in the left column.\ \ **Note**: If the Outlook app isn't visible, pause the migration and submit a ticket at[helpdesk.latech.edu/ticket](http://helpdesk.latech.edu/ticket).

    2. Confirm mail forwarding is disabled on 'Outlook on the web'.

    In 'Outlook on the web' app, confirm that email forwarding is disabled. Here's how: - At the **top right** of the page, click "**Gear icon (Settings)**".
    In settings pop-up window: 1. Click "**Mail.**" 2. Click "**Forwarding.**" 3. Next, **Toggle-off** the button next to Enable forwarding. - After toggling off, it should resemble the image below.
    Click the "**X**" in the top-right corner to close the Settings pop-up window.
    If you exclusively use emails in the browser only, your migration steps are completed.     3. Add Microsoft 365 mailbox to 'Outlook Desktop App'.

    To Add Microsoft 365 mailbox on Outlook desktop app, 1. Click **"Start"** (windows) icon, on bottom-left of Taskbar. 2. Then, start typing 'Control Panel.' 3. "**Click**" on Control Panel to to open it.
    Then, 1. Type in **Mail**, in the search box of control panel window. 2. Select **'Mail (Microsoft Outlook)'.**
    Click "**Show Profiles...**"
    Click "**Add...**"
    In the Profile name field, type "M365," and click "**OK**."
    Type in your Microsoft 365 I.D. '[email protected]'** and click "**Next**."
    Click **"Next."**
