Please note that four conditions need to be met for the wipe request to be effective:
- The device has to be 1) enrolled to the MDM
- The device will be wiped once it is 2) turned on 3) plugged in and 4) connected to the Internet
Note that if this is a MacBook whose disk is encrypted through FileVault, you will need to log in to the user session for the wipe to be effective.
