Accessing Exhibit Share

The witness will receive an invite from Veritext to join Exhibit Share. They will be granted guest access only.

Join via the hyperlink.
Marked Exhibit Folder

The witness will only be able to view the marked exhibits folder in Exhibit Share.

The marked exhibits folder will be empty at the start of the deposition and begin to get filled once the taking attorney starts introducing exhibits on the record.
Introduced Exhibit

The witness will receive a notification once an exhibit is introduced. You can select **View Exhibit** right here. [[OR...]]

Once you click on the marked exhibits folder, you'll see the introduced exhibit in that folder.

You can now view the marked exhibit and see it is officially stamped.
Downloading

You can download any exhibit once it has been introduced and in your marked exhibits folder.

You can now view the downloaded stamped exhibit.
Produce Documents

If counsel is requesting the witness to produce any exhibits themselves, the attorney would go into the **Produced Documents** folder.

The attorney would then select **Request Files.**

Once request files is finalized, the witness would receive a notification on their end.

You'll be brought to the **produced documents** folder.

Upload all documents needed.

Once uploaded, the attorney will get this notification and can view the newly uploaded documents.

The produced document is now in the folder for the attorney to view and potentially introduce on the record.

When the witness goes back to the produced documents folder, the document will now be there.

When the witness is finished producing documents, the attorney would then select **Conclude Requests.**

Once this conclude requests is selected, the witness would get this notification and be brought back to the main page.
