    In Workflows we use Tasks as a way of assigning action items to staff members. These tasks include, but not limited to: - Checking in on new clients - Calling Leads - Dispositioning Leads Tasks are created automatically through the Workflow and assigned to either an individual or a group of staff members depending on your settings. Push notifications will go out for the person the task is assigned to and also to the admin when the task is completed. **Example:** In the screenshot below, all admin have been tasked to check in with a client through one of our prebuilt Workflows. If you click into the task you can see more information as to what the task was assigned for!

    Clicking into the task, we can see that the admin has been tasked to call the client to check in and make sure everything is going well in the first 7 days of the client being a member. This is just one of many tasks that can get assigned through Wodify Workflows!

    In Workflows, we use SMS as a means of communicating with leads & clients. We send reminders, introductions and more through this feature!     In Workflows, we use In-App Chat as a means of communicating with clients. We send reminders, introductions and more through this feature! We use In-App Chat with clients as a means of encouraging clients to use the app for more than just checking into classes or tracking workouts. You can access conversations with clients to easily keep track of who has responded, and send personalized messages directly through Wodify to easily keep track of where all of your clients are in the nuture process.

    On the "**Client**" tab scroll down to the where it says "**New Client Default Owner**"

    The New Client Default Owner allows you to assign a client owner to all new clients in system. This is applied whether the client is created manually on the backed, through the purchase of a membership through the Online Sales Portal, or from a lead conversion! Client owners will be used to personalize the messages sent to clients through Wodify. For example, sending a chat from a specific coach rather than from the business chat. This could be assigned as your Customer Success Manager, or a head coach or you could personalize this to be the clients favorite coach! You can change a client owner for a specific person under the client profile. *Pro-tip: You can see the coach a client trains the most with under the Client Profile > Attendance tab! What's better than having a check-in chat coming from someone the client works with the most?*

    Scroll down to "**New Lead Default Owner**" This allows you to assign a lead owner to all new leads as they are created in our system. Lead owners will be used to personalize the messages sent to leads through Wodify. For example, signing a text as "From, Keri" rather than "Your Friends at Your Business" We recommend setting this to be the person that is your primary contact with new leads - a Customer Success manager, the owner, or another staff member!
