- Click "LET'S GET STARTED" - Review the welcome paragraph - Note - all Entreprenur Members must create an Entreprneur Profile, sign a contract, and pay all necessary fees.

"Section One: Create your Entrepreneur Profile on Mindbody"

- Review instructions - Click "CREATE YOUR PROFILE" - This will open Mindbody in a new browser tab

- Input your primary business address - Click "Next"

- Complete the sections 1 and 2 of the form - Use your primary business information

Click "Create Account"

- Include a credit for billing, this is required. - Your credit card will be used to pay any recurring payments (Month-to-Month Contracts) - Your credit card will not be used without notification to pay fees as outlined in your contract or on-boarding package. *If you do not add your billing information here, you will be prompted to do so when you complete the contract portion.*

Be sure to click save.

Click "Section Two: Sign your contract, complete any necessary payments"

Click "6-month contract, paid using bank transfer"
