Partnered Health - Adding/Editing Approvers

Navigate to "Settings"

On the left sidebar, scroll down to the "Developer" section and click "Data sets"

The data set that contains approver details is "User Emails - Approvals"

Click "Edit data"

To add a new approver, click "Add row". The new row will be added to the bottom of the dataset

Scroll down to the new row, and click into each section to enter details.

Required fields are "Name", "Email" and "Approval Limit"

"Exception Category" is an optional field. If the approver does not have an exception category, leave this field blank. Once you are happy with your changes press "Enter" on your keyboard, then click "Close"

You can also edit existing approvers. Simply find the approver that you want to edit

Click into the field that you want to edit, make your changes, then press "Enter" on your keyboard and click "Close"

To remove a user, click the checkbox next to the users name

Click "Remove selected"
