      Define the company Goals hierarchy.

      Navigate to "Goals".
      Click "+" next to Company goals.
      Name your goal.
      Indicate the "Time period".
      Remember to add the collaborators that will work towards the achievement of this goal.

      Indicate the "Update method".
      Click "Save goal".
      Expand and view up to 4 layers of Goals hierarchy from your organization or any team’s Goals page. Goals can be linked as parent or sub-goals, to create a goal hierarchy, and supporting work can be added to make the connection between goals and work clear.
      Click "+ Connect a sub-goal".
      Click "sub-goal #1"

      Build charts in reporting to see how goals are progressing across the business.

      Asana can now allow Executives and Senior Leaders have a bird’s eye view into the status of their organization’s goals, real-time visibility into progress against strategic initiatives, and actionable insights to make business decisions.       Navigate to Asana > Reporting.
      Click "+ Add dashboard".
      Scroll to "Goals" to create the charts you need in your reportings.
      Once you set all the filters, click "Create".

      See important goal information at a glance now that goals are more prominent in the project overview.
