Navigate to [https://dashboard.joonto.com/Workgroups](https://dashboard.joonto.com/Workgroups)

**Schedules** -From the Workgroup dropdown, select **Schedules**, click **Add New**

Best Practice: Get all of your afterhours schedules created along with your daytime schedules. Create a Holiday Hours schedule as well if applicable.

Best Practice: If you're always open - create a schedule (Name it Always Open) and don't select any hours from the dropdowns. This will leave your schedule open 24/7.

Click the "**Name**" field and give the schedule a name

Best Practice - Create all schedules before your IVRs, Group Voicemail and Ring Groups. 

Name each schedule with the same name as the workgroup you will be creating (i.e.: sales, accounting, front office, etc.).

Click the dropdown to set the hours for your daily/weekly schedule.

Click **Next** when your hours are set. This will save your schedule.
