**Voicemail Options**

Under your JOONTO Number, you will see a button for **Voicemail Options**.

**Voicemail Set Up Options**

Our platform allows you the option to receive a text message and/or email notification when you receive a new voicemail. Those notifications provide you with a direct link to your message. You will need to enable this feature if you want notifications of a new voicemail. (Slider needs to be in the **ON** position)

Your other option is to retrieve VM from your Dashboard settings.

**Caller Greetings**

After you have selected your preferred greeting, click on **Next** to save your selections.

You have 3 options:

**Default** = automated voice repeats your phone number 1 (720) XXX-XXXX is unavailable, please leave a message

**"Your name/Tobias Funke", is not available**, please leave a message = automated voice

**Custom** = Your recorded message. To record a message, click on the link and you will receive a call from our AI. You will be prompted to record a message. If you don't like your recorded message, you will have the option to re-record until you approve.

**Voicemail Retrieval**

You can retrieve and listen to your Voicemail a few different ways.

Set Push Notifications to ON to receive a link sent via text, or email. (step 7)

If you don't receive VM Push Notifications, you can find a log of your calls and texts in the Dashboard.

Go to **Logs**, then Select Voice Calls or Text Messages to find the inbound message.

If it is a VM message, find the date of your inbound message then click on the blue **Recording** arrow to listen to your saved message.

Open your Voicemail Options on your Profile Page. Notifications via text will come with a text provided link to your voicemail. Email notification will also have a link that will play your voicemail message.

Click SAVE

Text Notification - Click on the link then PLAY

Email link give you two options - Click on the Blue "See Voicemail Details" and you will be taken to the Joonto Dashboard with the link to message and details of the call. (Step 11)

If you click on the Voicemail link, you will get a media player (see step 12)

Email option - Click "See Voicemail Details". You will log into the Joonto Dashboard. You can then click on the media player to listen to your message.

Email: Click the provided Voicemail Link to be routed to an audio player. Press play to listen to the message.
