    You will receive an INVITE from [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) Click on **REGISTER NOW** to create your login

    You will be taken to [dashboard.joonto.com](http://dashboard.joonto.com) where you will create a password to confirm your account

    You will see notifications by the bell icon. Click the bell icon, then select **Verify your current mobile number** from the drop down.

    You are going to enter your current mobile phone number, and select **Send Verification Code**

    You will get a verification code texted to your mobile number. Enter it into the Verification Code field and click on Verify

    The verify button will turn green, say Verified, and you can move onto the next step.

    Purchase and activate your new MOBILE number. - This might be a temporary number, where you can forward your calls until the porting process of your existing number is complete.

    **Purchase and activate your new mobile line** You can search by **Area Code**, **State**, or **City**. Fill out the required input box(s) and **Search Available Numbers**.

    Pick your preferred number and click **Select,** then **Purchase Number**.

    **Complete your user profile.** There are several steps to completing your user profile. Some might be set at an administrative level. **Upload Profile Picture** **Ring Settings (Push notifications)** - Sell all Ring Settings to **ON** which will allow your calls and text to come through on your Joonto phone number **Caller ID** - Best practice -set this as a company phone number, or your Joonto direct dial phone number **Voicemail Options** **Call Handling / Schedule** **Time Zone** \- Select your time zone from the dropdown menu, directly below your name

    You will return to your **Profile and** **Preferences** page where you will complete your User Profile. Please make sure to select your **Time Zone, Outbound Caller ID, and Internal Extension** (if applicable).

    **Upload your Profile Image** Click on your initials on the top left under **Settings**, upload your profile picture, select crop, then upload. The blue circle will then update with your picture.

    **Call Settings** You will be asked if your calls are to be recorded and if you need call transcription. If so, please slide the button to the **ON** position then select **Next**.

    **Call Handling and Schedules** If you do not create a schedule, your phone will always ring through to you. **Best Practice:** on the top right corner - leave the toggle set to ON Hours, unless someone else will be taking your calls for you (i.e.: going on vacation, extended leave, etc.). **Off-Hours Forwarding:** When you create a personal schedule, this is where your calls forward during your "OFF" hours. Select **Send to Mobile Voicemail** unless your calls need to be routed to another line, main number, etc. **Busy/Unavailable Forwarding:** If you are unable to take a call, where will your calls to route (i.e.: fellow team member, corporate number, voicemail). Select **Send to Mobile Voicemail** if all calls route directly to you.

    **Create a New Schedule** On your Profile Page, under **Call Handling** - select **New Schedule** Create a name for your schedule (Work Hours, 8-5, Holiday Hours, etc.). From the dropdown, select your start and end time each day. Select **Next**. \*Best Practice - if you want your phone active 24/7, select the **Always On** schedule. (All of the dropdowns are left blank)

    In the **Call Handling** section, go to the dropdown and select your newly named schedule.

    **Voicemail Options** Under your JOONTO Number, you will see a button for **Voicemail Options**.

    **Voicemail Options** Our platform allows you the option to receive a text message and/or email notification when you receive a new voicemail. Those notifications provide you with a direct link to your message. You will need to enable this feature if you want notifications of a new voicemail. **Caller Greetings** After you have selected your preferred greeting, click on **Next** to save your selections. You have 3 options: **Default** = automated voice repeats your phone number 1 (720) XXX-XXXX is unavailable, please leave a message **"Your name/Tobias Funke", is not available**, please leave a message = automated voice **Custom** = Your recorded message. To record a message, click on the link and you will receive a call from our AI. You will be prompted to record a message. If you don't like your recorded message, you will have the option to re-record until you approve.
