Click "Retrieve your login details"

Enter your email address and click retrieve

An email will have been sent to your with your username and password. Navigate to [https://www.esscert.com/how-to-ecertify/countries-and-chambers#nz](https://www.esscert.com/how-to-ecertify/countries-and-chambers#nz) and login

Click "My Account"

Click "Change Password"

Enter the password used to login as provided in your retrieve email

Enter your new password

Enter your new password again to confirm it is correct

Then click submit. Your password has now been updated.
