    Go to [https://quickbooks.intuit.com/](https://quickbooks.intuit.com/) and log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
    Click the "+ New" button in the top right corner of the page.
    Select "Sales Receipt" from the drop-down menu.
    Enter the customer's name in the "Customer" field.
    Enter the date of the sale in the "Date" field.
    Enter the items sold in the "Item" field.
    Enter the quantity of each item in the "Qty" field.
    Enter the rate of each item in the "Rate" field.
    Enter any discounts in the "Discount" field.
    Enter any additional charges in the "Additional Charges" field.
    Enter any sales tax in the "Tax" field.
    Click the "Save & Close" button.
