iLE | How To Add A New User Account
This guide provides instructions on how to add new user accounts in the iLE system. By following this guide, administrators can ensure that new users receive their account information and important updates promptly, enhancing the onboarding experience.

Log in to the Synchrous platform at:[ins.ilearningengines.com/synchrous ](https://ins.ilearningengines.com/index.cfm?ss=526)

Select 'Add New User'

Enter the email address as the User ID for new users.

Enter all required information. Be sure to select "Send account information to new user via email" and "Receive training bulletin reminders via email"

Once completed, click 'Continue'

Select 'Use Existing Profile' and use the drop down box to select "Administrator'. This will automatically populate user permissions for that profile.

Click 'Save' to finalize.
