iO: How to view actions in process

Open [iO](https://io.rice.edu).

Click on the **bell icon** in the upper right corner.

Click **Show All**.

Click **Worklist**.
There should be a new window that opens. If this doesn't happen, check to make sure you have popups enabled on your browser.

If you click on the dropdown and select **All**, you will be able to view the actions sent to you, both directly and in queues you're part of.
If you're still unable to find an action, you may need to select from the dropdowns or use the search box to look for a specific action.

To view the actions you have submitted, click on the tab **Created By Me**.

Click the blue link to open the action.

When you open the action, you will see a full map of approvals for this action, including the status and timestamp of each step.

At the top right, click the down arrow on the blue Actions button to add comments or attachments, and withdraw actions still in process.
