Navigate to [https://www.icloud.com/](https://www.icloud.com/)

Enter your email.

Click "Continue"

Enter your password.

Click "Sign In"

Once you are at the main screen, click on "Contacts".

Click the gear symbol in the bottom left.

Click "Import vCard...". This will bring up another screen where you can select the vCard file you downloaded from the email you received.

Once you have selected the file and clicked "Okay". Then you should see "Importing..." at the bottom.

Once it has finished, you should see all of your contacts in the list. After about 10 minutes or so, they will pop up in your phone!
