Register your staff as Stand Personnel

It's important to register your staff correctly so they receive the correct access to the show. Make sure your staff are registered as Stand Personnel to they receive an exhibitor badge, and access to the lead generation tools at the show.

Navigate to [https://my.easyfairs.com/login](https://my.easyfairs.com/stand/208131/manage-profile) and log in to your My Easyfairs account

Click "Manage stand"

Click "Manage your personnel"

Click "Visit Connect"

Click "Team"

Click "Add staff"

Click "Register Stand personnel"

Fill in the details of the person in the popup that appears

Please note! You will be able to change the company name in a future step if required

You can now choose the permissions that this staff member has, either tick or untick the relevant selections

Tip! These permissions can be changed after stand personnel are registered

Once you are happy with the selected permissions click "Next"

Finalise the remaining details on the page that opens

Click "Next"

Click "Finish" and you're done!

Click here to amend permissions of stand personnel who are already registered

Click "Save" once you are happy with the permissions
