This guide provides a comprehensive step-by-step process for signing up and booking events on the 1Racer platform, making it ideal for new users looking to navigate the system efficiently. Scribe users can use the 'Guide Me' feature to be interactively taken through Sign Up and becoming Race Ready.

1Racer - Sign Up (if you don't have an account)

Navigate to <https://1racer.com/login?type=sign-in>

Click "Create Account"

Enter your mobile number

Click "Continue"

Edit your first name

Edit your last name

Click "Continue"

Enter your date of birth

Enter your location

Click "Continue"

Select the type of racer you are.\ \ Note: this can be changed in your profile later. You can skip this step if it is not applicable to you

Click "Continue"

Select the type of vehicles you like to race with.\ \ Note: this can be changed in your profile later. You can skip this step if it is not applicable to you

Click "Continue"

Select the events you are interested in.\ \ Note: this can be changed in your profile later. You can skip this step if it is not applicable to you

Click "Continue"

Select your track

Click "Continue"

Optional - connect and invite friends to join the app

Click "Continue"

Click "Get Started"

Book an Event

Check Upcoming Events

If you have an Event code, input that to access a specific event you have been invited to:

Click "Book Event"

Add the number of drivers required

Add the number of passengers required, if required

Add the number of crew required, if required

If applicable, "select garage"

Choose your garage, or have the system choose for you

Alternatively, you can select an Open Carport, or have the system choose for you

Or you can select a Closed Carport

Click "Continue"

If applicable, answer any race event questions that might appear

Select your vehicle type

When ready, checkout

Confirm details are correct

If applicable, add any promo codes

Click "Apply"

When ready, confirm purchase

Manage Your Track Readiness

- Your Track Readiness will display to you any actions that need to be completed before your event/race day, such as: - Your profile information has been completed, including Emergency Contact details - You have uploaded a correct Licence for track-day verification by staff (drivers only) - You have signed a participant waiver

Prepare for a Race, Complete Compliance and Assign Participants

Assign your participants

Click "Assign"

Click "This is For Me" or "This is For Someone Else" (if booking on behalf of someone else)

Assign Yourself as Driver, or Another Person

Tip! Remember to assign user/s to available roles in your booking

Assign any additional participant/s in your booking

Click "Assign"

Click the "Search name on 1Racer..." if person is already a 1Racer user.

OR add participant/s manually. Participants will receive an email from 1Racer to Sign Up

Click "Upload your license." \ \ Note the accepted licenses, based upon the event.

Click "License Type"

Select your Licence Type

Fill in your License Number

Enter the expiry date

Click "Image" to upload a photo of your licence.

Click "Choose File"

Click "Upload"

Click "Create"

Tip! You must visit Administration on race day to confirm your identity matches your uploaded licence before participating.

Click "Sign"

Click "Sign Waiver"

Sign the waiver

Click "Confirm"

If missing, ensure you provide Emergency Contact information

Enter the name and phone of the Emergency Contact

Click "Update Emergency Contact"

Click back button to return to Booking Summary

Return to Booking Summary page

Click "Select Vehicle"

Click "Add Vehicle"

Select the Year dropdown field

Select your year

Input Make

Input Model

Input car name (this will be the display name in the 1Racer app)

Click "Create"

Tip! You can add and edit your vehicles in your profile at any time

Check In for a Race Event

If available, click "Check In" if you have completed your pre-race requirements. Check In indicates you intend to be at the track for your race day and have completed your pre race requirements. \ \ Note: check in might only be available within 24hrs before your event and if your pre-race requirements have been met. You will **still** need to verify yourself to raceway staff during the morning of your event.

Tip! Remember to 'Check In' when the option is available, to signify to the racetrack you are ready to race and have completed your pre-race requirements

Profile Management

Click Profile Icon

Click "Profile"

You can edit your profile, as required.\ \ Note, if you make your profile visibility Private, you will not appear as a user for other 1Racer app users to see/add to bookings etc. Personal details such as phone number remain hidden from other users, even if your profile visibility is public
