Log into your club's RAMP account :<https://admin.rampregistrations.com/login>and click on "Competitions"

Click "Admin Competition Registrations"

Click "Add Registration"

Enter the first name and last name of the team registrar in the "First Name" and "Last Name" fields then click "Search Registrant". *Note: The team registrar must be registered in the database in order for them to be visible and selected.*

Review the Team Registrar's information to ensure that the correct individual is selected.

Scroll down to the Competition section and select "National Body" from the "Created By" dropdown.

Select "18U National Championship League (NCL) - Western Conference (Water Polo Canada)" from the "Competitions" dropdown to register for the **18U League's Western Conference**. Select "18U National Championship League (NCL) - Eastern Conference (Water Polo Canada)" from the "Competitions" dropdown to register for the **18U League's Eastern Conference**. Select "Senior National Championship League (NCL) - Western Conference (Water Polo Canada)" from the "Competitions" dropdown to register for the **Senior League's Western Conference**. Select "Senior National Championship League (NCL) - Eastern Conference Tier 1 (Water Polo Canada)" from the "Competitions" dropdown to register for the **Senior League's Eastern Conference Tier 1**. Select "Senior National Championship League (NCL) - Eastern Conference Tier 2 (Water Polo Canada)" from the "Competitions" dropdown to register for the **Senior League's Eastern Conference Tier 2**. Select "16U East/16U West Invitational (Water Polo Canada)" from the "Competitions" dropdown to register for the **16U East/16U West Invitational**. Select "16U East/16U West National Championships (Water Polo Canada)" from the "Competitions" dropdown to register for the **16U East/16U National Championships.**

Click "Submit"

After selecting the event for which you are registering, you will be brought to the athlete/staff selection and team registration page. On this page you will register your team(s), create your team roster(s), add player cap numbers and add staff positions (i.e., head coach or assistant coach).

Select which athletes will be participating in the 16U, 18U and/or Senior Leagues, based on your competition selection on the previous page, under the "Select Club Registrations to Add To Events" section. Select "Perform in Water Polo" from the "Divisions" dropdown and only athletes registered at that level will be visible. Select the athletes by clicking the checkbox beside their name and pressing "Submit".

To add coaches to your team(s) enter the coach's name in the "Staff" field once the name of the coach appears click on it and then click "Add New Staff". *Note: coaches must be registered in the database as staff in order for them to be visible and selected.*

Once you have selected the athletes and staff (coaches) that you will be adding to your rosters, scroll to the top to click the "Update Submission" button. This button activates them in the competition system so they can be selected for rosters.

If you selected **"18U National Championship League (NCL) - Western Conference (Water Polo Canada) or 18U National Championship League (NCL) - Eastern Conference (Water Polo Canada)"** from the "Competitions" dropdown on the previous page you will see "18U Men - Perform in Water Polo (UCCMS Participant)" and "18U Women - Perform in Water Polo (UCCMS Participant)" as the two options under the "Create Team Entries" section. If you selected **"Senior National Championship League (NCL) - Western Conference (Water Polo Canada or Senior National Championship League (NCL) - Eastern Conference Tier 1 (Water Polo Canada) or Senior National Championship League (NCL) Tier 2 (Water Polo Canada) "** from the "Competitions" dropdown on the previous page you will see "Senior Men - Perform in Water Polo (UCCMS Participant)" and "Senior Women - Perform in Water Polo (UCCMS Participant)" as the two options under the "Create Team Entries" section. If you selected **"16U East/16U West Invitational (Water Polo Canada)"** from the "Competitions" dropdown on the previous page you will see "16U Boys - Perform in Water Polo (UCCMS Participant)" and "16U Girls - Perform in Water Polo (UCCMS Participant)" as the two options under the "Create Team Entries" section. If you selected **"16U East/16U West National Championships (Water Polo Canada)"** from the "Competitions" dropdown on the previous page you will see "16U Boys - Perform in Water Polo (UCCMS Participant)" and "16U Girls - Perform in Water Polo (UCCMS Participant)" as the two options under the "Create Team Entries" section. *Note: Although the "18U National Championship League (NCL) (Water Polo Canada)" competition is being used as the example, the following steps apply to all competitions.*

Click the green plus button beside the category for which you will be registering a team.

Once you click the green plus button to add your team, the team name and roster window will pop up. Add your team's name to the "Team" field.

The athletes you previously selected will be listed under the "Team Roster" section. Select which athletes you wish to add to this team. *Note: Hold the Control key to select names not listed sequentially.*

The staff you previously selected will be listed under the "Staff" section. Select which coach(es) you wish to add to this team. *Note: Hold the Control key to select names not listed sequentially.*

Click "Submit"

To add another team in the 18U category, click the green plus button beside the category for which you will be registering an additional team. For example, if you first registered a 18U Men's team but want to register a 18U Women's team, click the green plus button beside the "18U Women - Perform in Water Polo (UCCMS Participant)" category. If you want to add a third team click the green plus button beside the category for which you will be registering an your third team.

Once you have created your club's team(s), scroll down to the "Designation" section to enter your player's cap numbers and staff positions (head coach or assistant coach). Once you have entered this information click "Submit".

Once you have submitted your club's team registrations, the system will bring you back to the Admin Competition Registrations page. On this page you will now see your registration along with the balance owed by your club. *Note: For the purposes of this example no balance is shown, however, when your club registers your teams, the system will automatically calculate the amount owed per team registered in this balance area.*

Click the green "Add Credit Card Payment" button and enter the information required. To complete your payment, click "Submit". ***\*\*\*IMPORTANT\*\*\* For the 18U and Senior League Competitions, WPC only requires a deposit to be paid at the time the team registrations are completed. On the payment page you have the option to pay some, the deposit amounts, or all of the owed balance by changing the amount to be paid in the "Amount" field. However, all remaining balances must be paid by Monday October 14, 2024 using this payment process.***

If your club would like to view your team's roster(s) following your registration, click the "View Roster" button.

If your club needs to edit your registration (i.e., add/change athletes or coaches), click the blue edit button beside the registration.
