This guide provides a straightforward process for updating and importing teams from SportsEngine into Advanced Event Systems (AES), ensuring seamless integration for your sports organization. By following these steps, you can efficiently manage team data, pair teams for better organization, and easily remove inactive teams.

Navigate to [www.advancedeventsystems.com](https://www.advancedeventsystems.com/operations/clubs/manage/32675/configuration)

Click "Teams"

Click "Import Teams from SportsEngine"

Select teams from SportsEngine HQ you would like to import into AES

Click "Add selected"

Click "Continue"

Select Teams to Pair

Click "Confirm and Import"

Click "Go back to teams list"

Click "Team Name to Integrate"

Click "Select a Team to integrate with SportsEngine"

Click Corresponding Team Name

Click "Save"

Click "Continue"

MADE AN ERROR: You can REMOVE OR CHANGE the integration

Click "Remove"

Click "Continue"

NEED TO DELETE INACTIVE TEAMS

Click Team Name

Click "Remove Teams"

Click "Continue to Complete Removal"
