AI - Company settings to Activate AI in Rillion Prime

This guide outlines the steps for activating and configuring AI features in Rillion Prime to support invoice processing. Users can modify settings related to AI matching and confidence levels, enabling either manual operation or automated processes. The guide also details options for AI-created flow predictions for new invoices to facilitate workflow management. If you have several companies in your Rillion Prime set up, configuration is needed for all individual company where AI is to be used.

Navigate to **Administration > Register > Company**. Select the company you would like to set up AI for. Under section **Invoice log** you will find the settings for AI. See below instructions to activate AI for the company.

The setting *Enable AI Matching for Invoice Posting* is by default set to *No*.

Select the *Only manually* option if you want to start using AI very controlled and limited. When this setting is used, the AI needs to be requested, per invoice, by the Accounts Payable role. The request for AI matching is then done for the invoice in the Invoice log.

Select the *Automatic* option when you want maximum benefits of AI automation. All invoices that are candidates for AI will get a proposal immediately when they arrive in the Invoice log. No manual steps or actions are required.

Invoices processed by AI will be assigned a confidence level, indicating the degree of certainty the AI has regarding its recommendation. The confidence level can be High, Medium or Low. The confidence level is set per value in the posting and also as an overall confidence for the full Invoice. The setting *Confidence level to set Transfer for AI matched Invoices* will set the *Ready for Transfer* flag on the invoices in the Invoice log with the specified level. Available options in dropdown list of the setting are *Only high*, *High and Medium* or *Always.* All (Always) is set by default.

Select the *Only high* option if you just want the Transfer flag to be set if the confidence of the AI suggestion is High. Our recommendation is to start with *Only High*.

Select the *Medium and high* option if you do trust also suggestions that are with medium confidence. You might choose this option after running the AI for some time.

If you want to use AI also for building the flows for new invoices, select the box *Use AI for Flow predictions*. New invoices will then get a flow proposal built by AI.\ AI for building flows is recommended to use if you historically have been using Reference matching to set the flow, or you have added flow proposals and roles manually to the Invoices. \ If you have been using Dynamic flows previously, then AI might not give the best result.
