AI - How to inactivate AI for a specific Vendor

This guide explains how you can turn off the AI for specific vendors with inaccurate invoice processing and instead enable a more dependable reference matching method. Follow these steps to adjust the settings and improve your organization’s efficiency and invoicing accuracy.

If a vendor frequently has AI coding or flow errors, you can disable AI for that vendor. Their invoices will then be processed with reference matching.

Navigate to **Administration > Register > Vendor**.

Type in the vendor information for your vendor and click *Search.*

Under the section **Account Posting**, you will find two settings for AI that are activated by default; *Enable AI matching for invoice posting* and *Active AI matching for invoice flow*.

Untick the checkbox *Enable AI Matching for Invoice Posting* if you want to use reference matching instead

Untick the checkbox *Activate AI matching for the invoice flow* if you want to use reference matching instead.

Click *Save* to apply your changes. Future invoices will now use flow and posting based on reference matching.
