Mapping Configuration

In the Payment Reconciliation Journal, select the transaction line to create a Text-To-Account mapping for.

In the Ribbon (Action bar), Click "Manual Application" and \ then click "Map Text to Account (AMC)"

Enter your Mapping text and G/L account for Debit Acc. No. and Credit Acc. No.

Tip! You can also configure text mappings for Customers, Vendors, and Bank Accounts.

Application and Confirmation

Once the text mapping has been configured, you have three options: 1. **Apply to Selected Lines**\ Close the page and apply the text mapping only to the selected \ Payment Reconciliation lines. 2. **Apply to All Lines**\ Close the page and apply the text mapping to all Payment Reconciliation lines. 3. **Close**\ Closes the Text Mapping page without applying any mappings \ to the Payment Reconciliation lines.

If you chose option 1 or 2, the auto mathing will run and show a message as below.
