AMC Banking 365 BC - Suggest vendor payment

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to run the suggest vendor payments in the payment journal.

Go to the Payment Journal by clicking AMC Banking > Payment journal

Open the Journal batches by cliking the ...

Choose the **journal batch** that corresponds to the **bank account or bank** you want to create payments for.

Click "OK"

In the ribbon (Action bar), click Prepare > Suggest Vendor Payments

Open the calendar for last Payment Date

Select the latest payment date to include vendor ledger entries in the payment suggestion.\ \ Only entries with a **due date** or **payment discount date** on or before this date will be included. If the selected payment date is **earlier than the system date**, a **warning message** will be displayed.

**Posting Date** (also used as the **Transfer Date** to the bank) \ \ Open the calendar (date picker) and select the desired date.

The **Posting Date** must be **at least equal to today’s date**. For some **banks** or **payment types**, you must set the posting date **at least one day ahead**; otherwise, the payments may be **rejected by the bank**.

Make sure Bank payment type equals "Electronic payment"

Click "OK" to start the "Suggest Vendor Payments"

Click "OK" to accept suggestion

You are now ready to **review the payment suggestions**.\ \ If any lines display a **red asterisk** in one or more fields, please **correct the missing data** before proceeding with the **payment export**.
