After running the Create Evaludation data guide, you will be able to run this guide to provide a payment journal.

Go to the Payment Journal by clicking AMC Banking > Payment journal

Open the Journal batches by cliking the ...

Make sure to choose the journal batch with name equal "AMCEVALDAT"\ \ ***TIP:*** Write down the values in the Bal. Account No., as you will need this value \ later in the "**Evaluation bank statement"** guide

Click "OK"

In the ribbon (Action bar), click Prepare > Suggest Vendor Payments

Open the calendar for last Payment Date

Click "Go to today" and chose todays date.

Open the calendar for Posting Date

Click "Go to today"

Chose a Posting Date equal Today + 1 day,\ otherwise your payments will be rejected in the bank.

Make sure Bank payment type equals "Electronic payment"

Click "OK" to start the "Suggest Vendor Payments"

Click "OK" to accept suggestion

In the ribbon (Action bar), click Bank > Export and save your payment file in your file browser.

Select all lines in the payment journal and\ click Manage > Delete in the ribbon (Action bar)

Click "Yes" to delete all lines in the Payment Journal

Close the payment journal
