AMC Banking 365 BC - Uninstall old extension

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for uninstalling the previous AMC Banking Business extension and the AMC Banking Fundamental extension.

Tip! \ If you have the **AMC Banking 365 Business** and/or **AMC** **Banking 365 Fundamentals** extensions installed in your **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central** environment, please uninstall both extensions after you have set up the new **AMC Banking 365 BC** extension. \ \ Start by uninstalling the **AMC Banking 365 Business** extension and then \ the **AMC** **Banking 365 Fundamentals** extension. This will help ensure a smooth user experience by preventing duplicate menu entries in the Role Center and in the Business Central search functionality.

Open the Extension management

Click the search function and open the "Extension management".

Uninstall the extension: AMC Banking 365 Business

If **AMC Banking 365 Business** is installed, the **AMC Banking Business** logo will be visible as shown below marked with a red outline.\ \ If AMC Banking 365 Business is NOT installed, please proceed to the section \ **AMC Banking Fundamentals.**

Please click the three dots on the extension **AMC Banking 365 Business**

Click "Uninstall"

Tip!\ \ If you turn on the **Delete Extension Data** toggle, uninstalling the app deletes all data for the app *plus* data for all dependent apps. The action can't be undone.\ \ If you want to keep the data for an uninstalled app, you can delete the data later. The ***Delete Orphaned Extension Data*** page lists the apps that you still have data for. To delete the data, choose the app, and then choose Delete Data.

To delete data when you uninstall an app, turn on the Delete Extension Data toggle and then confirm your action.

If prompted, click **Yes** to confirm the delete action.

Click "Uninstall"

If prompted, click **Yes** to confirm the delete action.

Click "OK" after the uninstallation is done.

Please click the three dots on the extension **AMC Banking 365 Business**

Click "Unpublish" to remove the extension.

Uninstall the extension: AMC Banking 365 Fundamentals

If **AMC Banking 365 Fundamentals** is installed, the **AMC Banking Fundamentals** logo will be visible as shown below marked with a red outline.\ \ If AMC Banking 365 Fundamentals is NOT installed, you can close this guide.

Please click the three dots on the extension **AMC Banking 365 Fundamentals**

Click "Uninstall"

To delete data when you uninstall an app, turn on the Delete Extension Data toggle and then confirm your action.

If prompted, click **Yes** to confirm the delete action.

Click "Uninstall"

Click "Yes"

Click "OK"
